Having experienced continuous technological development and met the specific requirements of the industrial sector in which it operates as well as those of its customers, organization and stakeholders MInstall intends to consolidate and develop through continuous improvement of its established position in the field of plumbing and heating services in the North-West region of Romania.

To this end, the Board of Directors has defined an appropriate "Quality Policy" for the organisation, which is expressed by:

Compliance with the mandatory requirements of European Directives and Regulations, the complete list of which is defined in the "List of products subject to mandatory standards". The most important of these are Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment) and EU Regulation 305/2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and construction materials .

Strategy and improvement. Management sets quality objectives, which it reviews periodically to assess their relevance and effectiveness for the purpose of continuous improvement and revision of its quality policy.

The objectives are only achieved through the cooperation of all departments of the Company, with consistency between the objectives of each area and the overall objectives.
